SourceWeb was sold for $31 million
Ceridian sold their SourceWeb department. SourceWeb is now an independent group of companies.
Ceridian last week sold the assets in relation to its SourceWeb project for a total amount of 31 million USD.
The SourceWeb® project is now an independent project under a new management and assigned to a new legal entity (SourceWeb Group).
