Yes. For our bookkeeping services we maintain professional liability insurance with coverage of €100,000 per insured event in accordance with § 10 BiBuG 2014. This policy covers potential damages arising from our professional activities and provides additional peace of mind.

We generally do not offer bookkeeping as a stand-alone service. It is designed as a value-added component for clients already engaging us for consulting. This holistic setup enables optimal synergy between strategic advisory and operational accounting.

To ensure compliant bookkeeping we require the following:

  • All supplier invoices and supporting documents for business expenses
  • Sales invoices and delivery notes
  • Bank and account statements
  • Cash receipts and cash book records
  • Contracts and other business-relevant documents

We gladly assist with setting up digital document management to make data exchange efficient and secure.

Reporting frequency is tailored to your needs. As a rule we prepare monthly trial balances and management reports to give you a current view of your financial situation. Shorter intervals can be agreed if required. Within our consulting engagement we review the figures together and derive strategic measures.

Absolutely. As part of our consulting services we help digitalise your bookkeeping processes. We support software selection, implementation of digital workflows and staff training.
